Our Real Detroit Wedding: September 6, 2020
“100% great communication and wonderful talent!”
– Happy Bride, Christianna
Our Love Story
We were visiting my mom, who lives in Seward, Alaska. It was Ryan’s first trip to Alaska. He is terribly afraid of heights which made this sacrifice even more special. He surprised me with a helicopter ride over the mountains as I’ve always wanted to do that. We got to land on a glacier and get out to soak it all in. I turned around to find him on one knee ring in hand. It was the most magical moment of my life!
Our Wedding Vision
I just wanted something romantic, elegant, classic with a touch of vintage. I had to replan our COVID wedding with only 1.5 months prior to the day. I cut down the guest list to 1/3 of the original. Found a family friend that opened their property to us to use and had to find and finalize all new vendors!
Our Wedding Photography
Wedding photos are everything! I’m incredibly sentimental so I was incredibly picky when searching. I loved Mary! She was amazing. Having a professional wedding photographer was essential.
There are so many loved ones that couldn’t attend. Regardless of them attending next year or not, they missed that first genuine emotion so the photo and video is incredibly important to recreate and make them feel like they felt it too.
Our Wedding Videography
I love movies so I definitely wanted that trailer like experience for sure. We didn’t have the funds for it until the covid special came out and we were able to make it work so I was so happy!
Our Wedding Memories
Walking down the aisle and our dance party of our reception!!!
